I think that at this point Thresh has the upper hand. He has a mysterious source of food and water, he is strong and he got whatever he needed at the Cornucopia, also Thresh has not yet been challenged by any other tributes. From what the audience knows at this point he is the definite pick. The other tributes are either dead, injured, weak, or simply too cowardly to have a good chance at winning. Though he doesn't have a partner to fight to the end with, he obviously has survived long enough to say that he has the skill and cleverness required to become a victor.
I agree with Megan in saying that Thresh seems to be the most dangerous out of the tributes. he has been very elusive and no one knows that much about him. This is a big advantage for him because no one can discover what his strengths and weaknesses are. No one has come into combat with him yet so they don't know how to handle him. He is a fighter and a survivor and he will not give up easily. This makes him very dangerous for the other tributes.
Blog posts are not organized by order of chapter, but by order of date posted. To find a specific chapter look in the Archives below or search it in the Search this Blog bar.
Also, You will find Chapter 11 answers as posts in the Blog Post section, not as comments on the Chapter 11 Question post. This is because you cannot include a picture in a comment.
